1. Liability for contents
The contents of our pages were created with great care. However, we can assume no guarantee for the contents' accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. As a service provider, we are responsible under sec. 7, para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TGM) for our own content on these pages. However, pursuant to TGM secs. 8 to 10, we as service providers are obligated neither to monitor external information that has been transmitted or stored nor to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected by this. However, a liability in this respect is possible only from the date of knowledge about a specific legal violation. Upon corresponding legal violations becoming known, we will immediately remove this content.

2. Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external third parties' websites over the contents of which we have no influence. Consequently, we cannot assume any guarantee for these external contents either. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were inspected for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not detectable at the time of linking; however, ongoing control of the linked pages' contents is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. We will immediately remove these sorts of links whenever legal violations become known.

3. Copyright
The content and works on these pages that the site's operators created are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, processing, distribution, and any kind of reuse beyond the limits of the copyright require the respective author's or creator's written consent. The copyrights of third parties are observed whenever the operator did not create the contents on this site. Third parties' contents in particular are marked as such. Nonetheless, we request an appropriate notice should you become aware of a copyright infringement. We will immediately remove these sorts of links whenever legal violations become known.

4. Data Privacy
The use of our web site is generally possible without the entry of personal data. If personal data (such as name, address, or email addresses) are collected on our pages, it's always done, as far as possible, always on a voluntary basis. These data are not shared with third parties without your express consent. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for instance, when communicating via email) may exhibit security vulnerabilities. Impenetrable protection of the data from third-party access is not possible. The use of contact data published as part of the obligation to provide a masthead by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and informational materials is hereby expressly excluded. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.
